Why invest............

Throughout the 80's and 90's and for much of this century those less skilled were still able to win business, because there was lots of it to be won and buyers were less cautious about what they were buying and what it cost.

That has all changed in the current economy and whilst the opportunities will start to increase as the economy grows again, buying practices will not change. Closing business will remain tough for the foreseeable future and sales people will have to be able to sell value. To do that they will need to be better skilled at finding, qualifying and closing opportunities.

They will need help...... you invest in IT...you invest in your products.....

You need to invest in your sales people.
